Wild Rumours coalesced around the concept of performing entire albums, faithfully and in sequence. Unlike other tribute bands who take a “greatest hits” approach, the core of a Wild Rumours show is a full performance of both the 1975 Fleetwood Mac and 1978 Rumours albums in their entirety. This allows the audience to experience two of the greatest pop albums of the era just as they originally heard them (minus the record scratches and 8-track tape reversing). The band, comprised of an all-star cast of Northwest musicians, supplements this centerpiece with other hit songs from the FM catalog, as interludes and encores to the show.
